Try the sample workflow
01

Start with what you do.

Enter your capabilities, target buyers, geography and exclusions. Add only certifications you can verify.

02

See the fit. See the gaps.

Review capability evidence and category matches separately. Save, dismiss or restore notices in your workspace.

03

Build a response worth reviewing.

Add cited requirements, write response sections and map coverage. Download editable RTF drafts and requirements CSVs for human review.

Evidence over guesswork

Not just another list of notices.

A notice can share your category without matching your capabilities. RFP Beacon keeps that distinction visible — so you can ask better questions, not mistake a match for readiness.

  • Company facts entered by you, not invented for you
  • Fit factors and missing evidence, side by side
  • Submission readiness reviewed separately from fit

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What opportunities are covered?

The live marketplace currently covers stored SAM.gov notices only. Coverage is incomplete and scans are bounded; check actual freshness and deadlines in the marketplace. State, local and other portals are not connected.

Does a category match mean my company is a fit?

No. A broad NAICS category alone does not demonstrate capability fit. Your workspace separates capability evidence from category-only matches and shows gaps and unknowns. Fit is separate from submission readiness.

Will RFP Beacon submit a proposal for me?

No. You choose what to pursue, enter requirements with citations and write response sections. RTF and CSV exports are review drafts, not completed submissions or guarantees of compliance or winning.

What stays in my workspace?

Company profiles, review decisions, team-entered requirements and response drafts belong to your workspace. The public marketplace displays allowed public source-notice facts, not your private fit or draft content.

Are daily opportunity emails sent?

No. The digest is a preview from stored data, with up to five actionable matches. Email delivery is not configured. No emails are sent from this preview.
